National Geographic Zoelle Grant's Zebra

Steiff has partnered with National Geographic and created a special collection of plush toy animals in support of preserving biodiversity. Proceeds from the sale of any National Geographic product support scientists, explorers and researchers from the National Geographic Society all over the world.
Grant's zebra is the smallest of the seven subspecies of the plains zebra. Recent civil wars parts of Africa have caused dramatic declines in all wildlife populations, including those of Grant’s zebra.
Steiff's Zoelle Grant’s zebra is part of the special toy plush collection created by Steiff in collaboration with the National Geographic Photo Ark. When you buy one of these pieces, you help further the work of scientists, explorers, and educators around the world.
Measuring 18 cm tall, this black & white, cuddly soft Zoelle Grant’s zebra has an expressive way about him. He’s the first Steiff plush animal to be made using a technique called sublimation printing. The stripes are steamed onto a synthetic base using a special dye. Zoelle Grant’s zebra is an impressive, beautifully designed animal from the Steiff workshop designed to inspire children to care about these animals and let their imagination run wild.
